Hitachi Energy Milano is seeking an HSE Assessment Program Lead to design and rollout the BUTR Internal HSE Assessment Program across the BU, ensuring audits and corrective actions are effectively implemented.

The role demands a Bachelor/Master in OHS, 8+ years in HSE, auditing experience, and strong knowledge of ISO 19011, 45001, 14001. Fluency in English and travel up to 30% are required.

• Bachelor or Master in Occupational Health and Safety.
• 8+ years of experience in HSE roles.
• Proven experience in auditing, risk assessment, management systems, process improvement, MOC and incident investigation.

• Create and lead the BUTR Internal HSE Assessment Program rollout across the BU.
• Ensure compliance assessments and inspections with accurate reporting and corrective actions.
