Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in global procurement leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with the executive leadership team and budget owners.
• Define and own a global strategy for HR and Professional Services categories.
• Drive sourcing pipeline, forecasts, and measure value, service excellence, and compliance.
• Manage the global Procurement Category team, set targets, and lead career development.
• Coordinate resources and reporting for Global/Market initiatives and improve contracting channels.
