Pirelli cerca un/una stagista per l’area Marketing con focus su reporting e automazione dati. Il candidato supporterà l’ottimizzazione di report di vendita e marketing e contribuirà allo sviluppo di dashboard e strumenti di forecasting.

La posizione offre un ambiente internazionale, formazione guidata e opportunità di sviluppo professionale. Requisiti: Laurea in discipline pertinenti, italiano fluente e inglese, competenze avanzate in Excel e strumenti di analisi dati.

Competenze

• Laurea preferibile in Ingegneria gestionale, Data Analytics, Economia o campo correlato.
• Conoscenza fluente dell’italiano e buon inglese parlato/scritto.
• Ottima conoscenza di Excel; familiarità con strumenti di analisi dati e automazione è un plus.

Mansioni

• Supporto all’automazione e all’ottimizzazione di report di vendita e marketing.
• Sviluppo di nuovi algoritmi e strumenti di previsione.
• Progettazione e manutenzione di dashboard e strumenti di reporting.
• Collaborare con team trasversali per migliorare i flussi di dati e i processi di reporting.

In this role, you will support the automation and optimization of sales and marketing reporting and analysis activities. Working closely with other business functions, you will gain hands-on experience in transforming complex data into actionable insights, contributing to the development of advanced sales forecasting systems and improving operational reporting efficiency through digital tools and process innovation. This is an excellent opportunity to combine analytical thinking, business understanding, and technology in an international and dynamic environment WHAT YOU WILL LEARN As part of your journey and under the guidance of your dedicated tutor, you will:

• Support the automation and optimization of sales and marketing reports, improving efficiency, accuracy, and data accessibility.
• Develop new algorithms and tools to improve forecasting processes
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to facilitate the monitoring of key business metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales, to improve data flows and reporting processes.
• Leverage digital tools and advanced Excel functionalities to simplify data management and create scalable reporting solutions.
• Develop a solid understanding of commercial dynamics, marketing performance measurement, and business intelligence practices.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree: preferably in Management Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, or related fields.
• Language: fluent Italian and good knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Technical/Specific Skills: excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, Power BI, Power Query, VBA, SQL, or other automation tools will be considered a plus.
• Soft Skills: strong analytical mindset, problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, proactive approach, organizational skills, teamwork orientation, and effective communication abilities.
• Interest in data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and business performance analysis.
