Job summary

Alfasigma seeks an experienced Director of Global Clinical Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for global development programs across Phase I–IV. You will drive delivery on time and within budget, while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, partnering with cross-functional teams and CROs.

Qualifications

10+ years of Clinical Operations experience, incl. 5+ years in sponsor orgs.
Proven leadership of global clinical programs and CRO management.
Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA and global regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for global clinical programs (Phase I-IV).
Ensure trials meet timelines, budgets, quality and regulatory standards.
Lead planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of studies to achieve goals.
Mentor and develop Clinical Operations talent and drive continuous improvement.
Oversight of CROs, vendors, budgets, timelines and risks with governance.
