Alfasigma seeks a senior leader in Global Value & Market Access to drive payer evidence generation and HTA support from early development through launch. You will oversee systematic and targeted literature reviews, health economic models, budget impact analyses, and input on integrated payer evidence plans in close partnership with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory and R&D.

In addition, you will develop global value communication materials, support HTA submissions and pricing

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HEOR, evidence synthesis, health economics modelling, HTA, or related roles

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and delivery of payer evidence generation, including systematic literature reviews and health economic analyses.
• Develop global value communication materials and support HTA submissions, pricing, and reimbursement negotiations.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and R&D to align evidence strategy with asset lifecycle planning.
