Job summary

Alfasigma seeks an experienced professional to support the Evidence Generation team within Global Medical Affairs. You will oversee operational management of evidence generation meetings and projects from initiation to governance-compliant execution.

You will interact with global medical leads, publication leads, commercial and finance teams, vendors and external investigators. The role requires strong planning, analytics and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech project management.
• Experience in medical affairs or clinical research preferred.
• Experience managing external vendors or CROs preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy or a related field.
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Evidence Generation meetings and process across EVGEC, DAM, team meetings and workshops.
• Act as contract owner for evidence generation contracts within GPMS Rx process; initiate forms and coordinate reviews.
• Manage external sponsored evidence generation projects with budget, timelines and quality.
• Coordinate Integrated Evidence Plans and maintain the project tracker per therapeutic area.
• Communicate project status; develop and distribute newsletters to stakeholders.
