Pete Tong DJ Academy in Rome is seeking a Head of Growth to own the world’s discovery of PTDJA and run the end-to-end acquisition engine, hands-on: paid media across Europe, the US and LatAm, conversion funnel, trial nurture, and testing. You will lower CPA while growing paying members and ARR month over month, and you will build and lead the acquisition organization.

Competenze

• 8+ years in growth, performance or acquisition marketing.
• At least 3 years leading a growth function and a team of 4+.
• Consumer subscription experience with revenue accountability (MRR/ARR).
• Experience scaling from €1M to €10M+ ARR in a consumer company.
• Hands-on paid across Meta, Google and TikTok in multiple countries.
• CRO and funnel craft: landing pages, A/B tests with measurable improvements.
• CRM and marketing automation for trial nurture and conversion.
• Fluent English; based in Rome or willing to relocate; on-site/hybrid.

• Own paid acquisition across Europe, the US and Latin America.
• Own conversion funnel from click to paid, including checkout friction.
• Lead CRM and marketing automation for trial nurture.
• Build and lead the acquisition team.
