Baker Hughes in Italy is seeking a Gas Tech Billing Analyst to join our Industrial & Energy Technology team. You will collaborate with Project Management and Operations to process invoices in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and timely billing across a global customer base.

You will strengthen controllership through VAT, Intrastat and intercompany processes, support audits, and help improve billing methods.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Proven financial experience with billing and invoice processing.
• Proficiency in Oracle systems and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Manage all billing activities for assigned customer portfolio.
• Ensure timely issuance of shipping and payment invoices with accurate records.
• Collect and organize documentation from shipping and project teams to support revenue recognition.
• Handle billing controllership topics: reconciliations, VAT, Intrastat, intercompany.
