Job summary

Tenova is seeking a Financial Controller to join the Administration, Finance & Control team in Castellanza. You will support managerial reporting, budgeting and cash flow analysis and drive improvements in reporting tools and processes.

The ideal candidate holds a master's degree in economics/related fields, with strong Excel skills and experience in ERP/reporting tools. Fluency in English is required; a hybrid working model is offered.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or related disciplines.
Experience in a similar role within EPC/EPCM or Big Four is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a result-driven approach.
Advanced Excel skills with Power Query and VBA.
Experience with reporting and ERP tools like Power BI, SAC, SAP BPC, S/4HANA FI/CO.
Interest in digital transformation and AI tools for analytics.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Support Group Controlling Team in managerial reporting (Actuals, Budget, Forecasts, Cash Flow).
Provide ad-hoc analysis, simulations and reports to management.
Promote tools and solutions to improve reporting efficiency.
Collaborate with IT and external consultants to enhance reporting tools and processes.
