Golden Goose is seeking a Finance professional to oversee LATAM and Canada coordination, month-end close, consolidation, and tax compliance across regional entities. The role interfaces with external bookkeepers, tax advisors, and HQ to ensure accurate reporting.

US subsidiary operations, governance improvements, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement are also part of the remit. Fluent English is mandatory; Italian locale is a plus. Based in Italy with focus on IFRS/group reporting.

Competenze

• Experience with month-end close, consolidations, and tax processes.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, for international coordination.

Mansioni

• Lead LATAM & Canada monthly/annual close and consolidation.
• Oversee GL entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses.
• Manage local bookkeeping outsourcers and tax advisors; oversee audits.
• Coordinate tax & statutory audits and regulatory compliance.
• Support new country setup and expansion, including new entities/stores.
