Job summary

Teradyne in Sicily seeks a Field Application Engineer to design and deploy test solutions on ATE platforms, supporting customers in digital and mixed-signal testing. You will work with cross-functional teams across Teradyne and client sites in Italy and abroad.

You will develop and debug test programs, provide technical support, and travel domestically and internationally as required. Strong knowledge of electrical measurement, hardware design, and programming in C/C++ is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics/related field and 3+ years in ATE semiconductor IC manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical measurement and hardware design techniques.
• Fluent English and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver advanced test solutions for digital and mixed-signal in semiconductor market.
• Support customers in maximizing Teradyne ATE platforms, focus on ETS800.
• Partner with sales to achieve business goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop, debug, and deploy test programs based on customer specifications.
• Provide technical support to customer engineers.
• Build strong technical relationships to understand customer needs and future directions.
• Participate in international teams comprising Teradyne and customer engineers.
• Conduct training sessions.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
