Teradyne is seeking a Field Application Engineer to develop and deploy test solutions on ATE platforms from our Catania, Italy team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital and mixed-signal semiconductor testing and help customers maximize Teradyne's ETS800 capabilities.

The role requires a B.S. in Electronics Engineering, 3+ years in ATE semiconductor manufacturing, and strong English communication. Travel both domestically and internationally may be required.

Qualifikationen

• B.S. degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in ATE Semiconductor IC manufacturing.
• Experience with lab instruments (oscilloscopes, generators, meters).
• Experience in data analysis: yield and correlations.

• Deliver advanced test solutions for digital and mixed-signal semiconductors.
• Support customers using Teradyne ATE platforms, ETS800 focus.
• Collaborate with sales to meet business goals and customer satisfaction.
• Develop, debug, and deploy test programs per customer specs.
• Provide technical support to customer engineers.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
