Alfasigma is seeking a senior transformation professional to lead the Global Facility & EHS transformation program. You will define and drive the roadmap, coordinate cross-site initiatives, and harmonize maintenance and governance practices.

The role requires strong governance, KPI design, dashboards, and executive reporting skills, plus English fluency. Key responsibilities include developing data-driven decision frameworks, asset performance monitoring, CAPEX planning, and change management

Competenze

• Master's degree in Engineering, MBA, or Facility Management preferred.
• Experience in governance, KPI/dashboard design, and executive reporting.
• Exposure to Facility Management operating models, asset management, and CAPEX planning is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Facility Management and asset lifecycle principles.
• Familiarity with EHS management systems, risk management, and safety culture initiatives.
• Financial acumen including CAPEX/OPEX budgeting and business cases.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• Define and drive the Global Facility & EHS Transformation roadmap aligned with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate transformation initiatives across sites, monitoring progress, risks, milestones, and resources.
• Harmonize maintenance and service management practices, including CMMS deployment.
• Develop a robust performance framework with KPIs, dashboards, and reviews.
• Design and deploy global service delivery and governance models leveraging data analytics.
• Monitor real estate and facility asset performance; support CAPEX prioritization.
• Lead change management to adopt new standards and digital tools.
• Support deployment of global EHS standards, policies, and compliance initiatives.
• Prepare executive reports and strategic analyses for senior leadership.
