Alfasigma is seeking a Regional Medical Expert to lead medical strategy across regions and engage KOLs with scientific exchange in nephrology or gastroenterology. The role requires advanced clinical medicine training and strong communication, enabling generation of evidence and alignment with cross-functional teams.

Based in Italy (Bologna/Milan) with on-site responsibilities, offering growth within a global healthcare environment and a commitment to innovation and patient outcomes.

• Develop regional medical plans and execute with target KOLs.

• Design and execute regional medical activities.
• Identify insights on patients, regulators, payers, and healthcare providers and share with partners.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate scientific insights.
• Align BU and MSL teams with business partners.
• Ensure compliance of medical materials and activities.
