Job summary

Novartis Farma S.p.A. is seeking an Evidence Generation Manager to coordinate country-level studies and real-world evidence programs within a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will ensure alignment with integrated evidence plans, partner with Medical Leads, and uphold high standards of scientific quality and compliance. The role requires a life sciences degree, fluency in English, and 3–5 years in medical affairs or related scientific functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Health Sciences, or related field.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.
• Fluency in Italian or local market language is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate country-level evidence generation activities aligned with Integrated Evidence Plans.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, SOPs, and governance.
• Manage external partners, CROs, and data providers with timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with Medical Leads and regional/global teams to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
