Johnson & Johnson is seeking a seasoned Project/Program Manager to lead the deployment of a global SAP-based value stream template across regions, ensuring regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

You will oversee configuration, data migration validation, and end-to-end process design with Make-to-Order and related domains, driving adoption and governance in a complex, regulated environment.

Competenze

• Minimum six years of proven experience in value stream processes in a regulated environment.
• Experience designing and delivering scalable SAP solutions using Clean Core principles.
• Ability to lead through influence and build partnerships across global teams.

Mansioni

• Lead deployment of a global functional process template across regions and units.
• Lead Value Stream design, configuration reviews, data migration validation, testing strategy, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with Value Stream leaders across Procure-to-Pay, Finance, Manufacturing to design integrated end-to-end processes.
• Drive Change Management and Training to ensure user readiness and adoption.
