Eurofins Biopharma Product Testing Italy is seeking a Project Manager to drive the deployment and implementation of the eQMS across laboratories worldwide. The role is based in Vimodrone (MI) and reports to the Quality Management System Owner, with up to 40% travel.

Responsibilities include leading validation, coordinating requirements, and creating training materials. Strong IT and quality background required, with proactive, analytical, and communicative mindset.

Mansioni

• Deploy eQMS in laboratories worldwide in collaboration with IT Manager for quality processes.
• Manage overall project tasks from inception to completion.
• Organize and coordinate requirements elicitation with business teams.
• Provide new requirements and coordinate with business analyst for assessments.
• Lead validation, including test plan/script generation and coordination with tech engineers.
• Prepare training material and train local resources on system features.
• Author release notes and maintain eQMS documentation (requirements, specs, SOPs, reports).
• Ensure continuous improvement of IT Quality Assurance processes.
