Eurofins Biopharma Product Testing seeks a Project Manager, focused on deploying and implementing the eQMS globally. The role is based in Vimodrone (MI) and reports to the QMS Owner, coordinating with IT and business teams across laboratories worldwide.

You will lead validation activities, prepare training materials, and maintain eQMS documentation while driving continuous improvement in IT QA processes. Fluency in English and ability to travel are required.

Mansioni

• Deploy eQMS in laboratories worldwide in collaboration with IT Manager.
• Manage overall project tasks from inception to completion.
• Coordinate requirements elicitation with business teams and provide new requirements.
• Follow-up design and functional specifications and validate processes.
• Lead validation, including test plans and scripts, coordinating with engineers.
• Prepare training material and train local resources on system features and processes.
• Authorize release notes for implemented changes and maintain documentation.
• Review eQMS documents (requirements, specs, SOPs, reports).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of IT QA processes.
