Tecnimont, MAIRE’s flagship company for Integrated E&C solutions, invites applications for a Construction Engineering Manager to lead the Construction Engineering Management function.

Responsibilities include coordinating Construction Engineering activities on assigned projects, supervising engineers during home office and site phases, and ensuring alignment with construction strategies, schedules and subcontracting processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• 7+ years in Construction Engineering/Management on international EPC projects.
• Experience in oil, petrochemical, energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate Construction Engineering activities for assigned projects.
• Supervise Construction Engineers during Home Office and site execution phases.
• Review engineering deliverables and Work Requisitions related to construction activities.
• Prepare and coordinate construction management documentation and technical requirements to be included in construction subcontracts.
