Tecnimont is seeking a Construction Engineering Manager to lead Construction Engineering activities across international EPC projects, supervising engineers both at home office and on site, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring alignment with construction requirements.

The role requires a degree in mechanical or civil engineering, 7+ years in construction engineering or related roles, and strong leadership plus English proficiency.

Competenze

• Requires a degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Construction Engineering/Management within international EPC projects.
• Experience in multidisciplinary industrial projects (oil & gas, petrochemical, energy or infrastructure).

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate Construction Engineering activities for assigned projects.
• Supervise Construction Engineers during home office and site execution phases.
• Review engineering deliverables and work requisitions related to construction activities.
• Prepare and coordinate construction management documentation and subcontractor requirements.
• Support construction strategies, execution methodologies, and heavy lifting activities.
• Contribute to bid evaluations and subcontractor bid analysis.
