Tecnimont, MAIRE’s flagship company for Integrated E&C solutions, seeks a Construction HSE Manager for major projects. You will report to the Site Manager and ensure effective HSE policy implementation on construction sites worldwide.

Requirements include a degree in engineering or safety, 10+ years in HSE, and fluent English and Spanish. Willingness to travel internationally is essential; position is permanent and onsite. Competitive package with 14 monthly installments.

Competenze

Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Safety Engineering, or other relevant technical discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE management within EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, Infrastructure, or Industrial Construction projects.
Proven experience in managing HSE activities on large international construction sites.
Solid knowledge of international HSE standards, management systems and applicable regulations.
Experience in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, audits and inspections.
Experience in managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with HSE requirements.
Ability to operate effectively in complex project environments, including Consortiums and Joint Ventures.
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish, and willingness to travel internationally and work on construction sites worldwide.

Mansioni

Support and monitor the implementation of the HSE Policy and HSE Management System at site level.
Perform Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
Verify adequacy of the Site HSE Plan and procedures; promote revisions when required.
Maintain HSE documentation throughout construction phases.
Monitor subcontractors' compliance with HSE requirements and implement corrective actions.
Organize and participate in HSE inspections, audits and site walk-downs; prepare reports and action plans.
Coordinate and deliver HSE training, awareness and induction programs for site personnel.
Lead HSE meetings with stakeholders, subcontractors and clients.
Support work permit systems and interface with Client representatives on HSE matters.
Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses; define preventive measures.
Maintain HSE records and KPIs; lead Site HSE Committee; promote safety culture.
Lead emergency response and fire prevention drills and preparedness activities.
Prepare the HSE section of monthly project reports and other periodic reporting.
