thyssenkrupp nucera Italy, based in Milano, is seeking a Local Procurement professional to buy equipment and materials for engineering projects and to manage supplier relations across international teams. You will interact with Engineering, Project Management and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery, negotiate terms, monitor supplier performance, and support framework agreements within defined authority.

Fluent English and Italian are required, with around 8 years in procurement and experience

Competenze

Around 8 years of professional experience in purchasing for engineering projects.
Very good written and spoken English and Italian (at least B2).
Ability to present complex issues simply.
Experience working in an international environment with global teams.
Solid MS Office knowledge and ERP systems experience (SAP or MS Dynamics).

Mansioni

Review project demands and place purchase orders aligned with requisitions and project requirements.
Negotiate pricing, Incoterms, payment terms and commercial conditions within authority.
Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Service and Logistics for seamless execution.
Monitor supplier performance for delivery reliability and commercial behavior.
Manage call-off orders and support framework agreements.
