Baker Hughes is seeking an intern to support data analysis, planning, and KPI monitoring in an international, energy-focused environment. You will learn through structured training, be mentored by your manager, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects that drive business insights.

The role emphasizes English fluency, Office 365 proficiency, and the ability to handle large datasets while maintaining HS&E standards.

Competenze

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics (preferred).
• Proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel advanced functions, pivot tables).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Mansioni

• Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts, including related monitoring and reporting activities.
• Perform periodic analyses on organizational data and trends to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Develop reporting and analytical tools, including dashboards and models to support decision-making processes.
• Prepare regular reports on metrics and KPIs, ensuring accuracy and clarity in data presentation.
• Support the creation of presentations for stakeholders and management.
• Manage and update data within information systems, ensuring data quality and reliability.
• Support the execution of ad hoc projects related to Functions, aimed at supporting strategic and operational decisions.
• Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
• Learning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders.
• Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained.
