Job summary

WIN SOURCE in Italy is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to translate electronics industry insight into practical supply chain solutions and new business opportunities. You will collaborate with OEMs, EMS providers and manufacturers to understand priorities, connect customer needs with our global teams and move opportunities from discussion to action.

This role values industry knowledge, sound judgment and trust-building.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in electronic components procurement, supply chain management, supplier quality (SQE) or related electronics manufacturing function.
• Understanding of BOM requirements, component shortages, lead times, inventory, EOL/PCN changes and supplier management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across functions and with customers.
• Willingness to engage in meetings, events and cross-functional discussions to uncover needs.
• Commercial awareness and judgment to translate needs into opportunities.
• Awareness of supplier reliability, product authenticity, traceability and supply risk.
• Clear communication and accountability with cross-cultural awareness, English and/or local language.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Needs Discovery: join meetings with OEMs, EMS providers and manufacturers to understand procurement processes and supply chain needs.
• Supply Chain Challenges & Solutions: clarify issues around BOMs, shortages, lead times, inventory and PCN changes, coordinating support.
• Industry Relationships & Partnerships: build relationships with procurement and supplier teams and participate in industry communities.
• Business Opportunity Identification: identify opportunities from customer needs and market insights and coordinate follow-up.
• Industry Insights & Content Collaboration: share perspectives on procurement risks; contribute to articles, videos or webinars.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with sales, procurement, quality and logistics to deliver actionable solutions.
