Job summary

Pirelli is seeking a motivated trainee to join the Moto Business Unit in Lombardia. You will support production scheduling plans, manage inbound/outbound shipments, and help achieve short- and medium-term sales goals.

You will learn to analyze stocks weekly, implement a new analytics tool, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure OE and Racing service levels. This role offers hands-on exposure to operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
• Italian and English fluency required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Passion for two wheels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support production scheduling plans, requirements, and shipments to meet short and medium term sales goals.
• Weekly analysis and control of stocks and transit situations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee Original Equipment and Racing service levels.
• Prepare reports and KPIs and drive process improvements.
• Work with Production Schedulers to support shared goals and troubleshooting, including stock allocation and transit tracking.
