Amplifon is seeking a Global Data Factory Specialist to design and deliver data and business intelligence solutions at a global scale. Based in Milan with hybrid work, you will support analytics initiatives and contribute to data-driven decision making.

You will build dashboards, data pipelines, and reports, ensure data quality and governance, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders across markets to drive operational insights.

Competenze

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields is a plus.
• Up to 2 years of initial experience in business intelligence, data management, or analytics roles (entry-level profile).
• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, or BI platforms.
• Basic experience working with structured data and databases; data modeling and engineering skills are a plus
• Comfortable working in team-based or cross-functional environments under the supervision of more senior colleagues.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Role Overview

The Global Data Factory Specialist supports the design and delivery of data and business intelligence solutions at global level, contributes to analytics execution under the guidance of senior team members, and enables data-driven decision-making through structured data products and reporting outputs.

Compensation & Benefits

Applicable Collective Agreement: CCNL Commercio (Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi)

Contractual Level: Employee (2) level

Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time

The reference Gross Annual Salary is approximately in the range of €35.000 - €49.000. The actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and specific skills and knowledge and also to the educational background.

The position is also eligible for an annual Company bonus (‘premio di risultato’) linked to business performance, in line with Company policies.
