KIKO MILANO in Milan invites applications for a Global Corporate Communications, ESG and Special Projects Intern at its HQ. You will support executing global corporate communication activities, ESG initiatives, and cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders and external partners.

The role offers collaboration across agencies, vendor management, data collection for ESG, and preparation of company profiles and reports.

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Support the execution of the Global Corporate Communication strategy.
• Coordinate relationships with external agencies, vendors, trade associations, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor media coverage, industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities.
• Support the identification of reputational risks and emerging topics relevant to the business.
• Assist in managing Corporate Communication and Special Projects from briefing to execution.
• Support vendor selection and pitch processes, including RFP preparation, timeline coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with external communication agencies to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines and project objectives.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, follow-up actions, and project documentation.
• Contribute to the development of corporate communication materials, presentations, and spokesperson briefing documents.
• Support ESG data collection, KPI monitoring, and Sustainability Report preparation.
• Contribute to the implementation of ESG initiatives, governance activities, and stakeholder engagement programs.

Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Global Corporate Communications, ESG and Special Projects Intern to join KIKO MILANO's HQ in Milan.

In this role, you will support the execution of global corporate communication activities, ESG initiatives, and strategic cross-functional projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders, external partners, industry associations, and agencies.

In particular, you will:

• Support the execution of the Global Corporate Communication strategy.
• Coordinate relationships with external agencies, vendors, trade associations, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor media coverage, industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities.
• Support the identification of reputational risks and emerging topics relevant to the business.
• Assist in managing Corporate Communication and Special Projects from briefing to execution.
• Support vendor selection and pitch processes, including RFP preparation, timeline coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

• Assist in the preparation of the Company Profile and other corporate communication assets.

• Conduct ESG benchmarking analyses and monitor sustainability trends and regulatory developments.
• Support sustainability communication, awareness campaigns, social impact projects, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Bring innovative ideas, digital trends, and fresh perspectives to support communication and sustainability projects.
• Ensure the timely execution of assigned activities and projects.

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Corporate Communication, Public Affairs, Sustainability, Economics, Business Administration, Political Science, European Studies, or related fields.
• Previous experience in Corporate Communications, ESG, Consulting, Public Affairs, Project Management, or related areas is a plus.
• Interest in the Beauty, Retail, or FMCG industries and related market trends.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative information.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with sustainability topics and ESG reporting frameworks is considered a plus.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and international environment.
