KIKO MILANO in Milano is seeking a Content & Editorial Intern to join the Brand Team, reporting to the Editorial Coordinator. You will support the creation of copy for offline and online channels, aligning with the brand tone and guidelines.

You will help adapt content across touchpoints, assist in developing briefs, organize archives, coordinate validation with Legal/Regulatory, manage translation requests with Project Managers and agencies, track timelines, and research market trends to

• Support the creation of creative and original copy for both offline and online channels, in line with the brand’s tone of voice and guidelines
• Assist in adapting existing content across different touchpoints, ensuring consistency of messaging across channels
• Contribute to the collection of materials and information for the development of briefs and presentations
• Support the organization and accurate archiving of documents and content assets
• Assist in the internal content validation process, coordinating inputs from Legal and Regulatory teams
• Support the management of translation requests, liaising with internal Project Managers and external agencies (including uploads on internal platforms such as Wezen)
• Help track content delivery timelines, ensuring alignment with project deadlines and priorities
• Conduct basic research on competitors, communication trends, and relevant sources to support content development
