KIKO MILANO is seeking a Wholesale Digital Content Intern to join its Wholesale Team in a fast-paced European environment. You will support timely deployment of digital assets, content management activities, and channel performance reporting across wholesale partners and Pan-European customers.

You will coordinate product launches, organize content assets, maintain PDPs, generate sales reports, and collaborate with Marketing, Graphic Design, Product, and Content teams to improve processes.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, Data Analytics or related fields.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in content and data management.

Mansioni

• Coordinate timely deployment of digital assets across wholesale partners.
• Liaise with KAMs to identify product and content requirements for each wholesale partner.
• Rename and structure digital assets according to company naming conventions and retailer-specific requirements.
• Organize and maintain folder structures, ensuring content is correctly shared with the relevant partners and internal teams.
• Verify the consistency, accuracy, and completeness of digital assets prior to distribution.
• Maintain and regularly update product information, EAN codes, and content repositories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Graphic Design, Marketing, Product, and Content teams to ensure alignment on content requirements and timelines.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, file management standards, and documentation.
• Support the preparation of sales reports, performance dashboards, and channel analysis for the Wholesale Team.
• Monitor key channel performance metrics and highlight trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
• Support the management and maintenance of Product Detail Pages (PDPs) and Brand Stores for Pan-European customers.
• Coordinate with Content Teams and external agencies to facilitate content creation and updates aligned with launch calendars.
• Support content deployment activities and monitor implementation across customer platforms.

Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Wholesale Digital Content Intern to join KIKO MILANO's Wholesale Team.

Such talent will support the team in ensuring the timely deployment of digital assets, content management activities, and channel performance reporting across wholesale partners and Pan-European customers.

In particular, you will:

• Track upcoming product launches and content updates, planning and coordinating activities to ensure timely digital asset deployment
• Liaise with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to identify product and content requirements for each wholesale partner
• Rename and structure digital assets (images and videos) according to company naming conventions and retailer-specific requirements
• Organize and maintain folder structures, ensuring content is correctly shared with the relevant partners and internal teams
• Verify the consistency, accuracy, and completeness of digital assets prior to distribution or upload
• Maintain and regularly update product information, EAN codes, and content repositories
