Smart4 Energy is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to join its Project Management & Construction Department. The role covers the full lifecycle of a construction site from mobilization to demobilization, ensuring safety, budget, schedule, and quality compliance across site activities, with close coordination with the Commissioning Manager and Project Manager.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Site Supervisor or Construction Lead.
• Strong familiarity with HSE, QA/QC, construction permitting and commissioning practices.
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Willingness to travel and work abroad on international projects and to move for medium-term periods.

Mansioni

• Responsible for site setup and mobilization, through to demobilization at project close-out.
• Ensure implementation of all HSE procedures in accordance with the project HSE Plan.
• Apply and supervise quality standards based on the Project Quality Plan.
• Organize and coordinate daily activities, allocating responsibilities and resources.
• Maintain and regularly update the project schedule in coordination with the planner.
• Supervise works and contractors during execution and installation phases.
• Ensure proper management of handovers between contractors and project phases.
• Approve and manage site Non-Conformities (NCs) and follow up on resolution plans.
• Report regularly to the Project Manager on progress, challenges, and key risks.
