Smart4 Energy seeks a Construction Site Supervisor to lead site activities across projects, ensuring safety, budget adherence, schedule compliance and quality. You will oversee contractors and coordinate with the Project Manager and Commissioning Manager, guiding a multidisciplinary team through mobilization to handover.

During commissioning you’ll supervise site areas while coordinating with the Commissioning Manager. Travel up to 90% and relocation for medium-term assignments are expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as Site Supervisor or Construction Lead.
• Strong familiarity with HSE, QA/QC, construction permitting and commissioning practices.
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera).
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Willingness to travel and work abroad on international projects and to move for medium-term periods.

Mansioni

• Responsible for site setup and mobilization, through to demobilization at project close-out.
• Ensure implementation of all HSE procedures in accordance with the project HSE Plan.
• Apply and supervise quality standards based on the Project Quality Plan.
• Organize and coordinate daily activities, allocating responsibilities and resources.
• Maintain and regularly update the project schedule in coordination with the planner.
• Supervise works and contractors during execution and installation phases.
• Approve and manage site Non-Conformities (NCs) and follow up on resolution plans.
• Report regularly to the Project Manager on progress, challenges, and key risks.
