thyssenkrupp nucera Italy, Milano, seeks an experienced after-sales support professional to manage client interactions, prepare technical and commercial offers, and oversee orders and contracts. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Project Execution, plus reporting and procurement coordination.

The candidate should have 5+ years in after-sales support within industrial plant engineering, excellent English, and solid IT/ERP proficiency.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of work experience in after-sales support, preferably within industrial plant engineering companies.
• Fluent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships at various levels (internal/external).
• Goal-oriented and determined in achieving objectives.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills; autonomy in decision-making.
• Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office suite and ERP software.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Manage client requests and quotations, coordinating with engineering and project execution.
• Draft and manage client contracts, quotations, timelines, and commercial terms.
• Draft and manage client complaints through closure and reporting.
• Enter orders into the ERP system and monitor project progress.
• Prepare and monitor reports related to ongoing requests and projects.
• Coordinate procurement activities and logistics cooperation with suppliers, expediting, and shipping teams.
• Prepare internal commercial analyses and reporting for management control and budgets.
