thyssenkrupp nucera Italy seeks a seasoned after-sales support specialist in Milan to manage client interactions and cross-functional coordination. You will draft offers, monitor orders, and oversee project procurement while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key requirements include 5+ years in similar roles, fluent English, and solid ERP/MS Office skills. The role offers an international environment, flat hierarchies, flexible hours, and a competitive gross salary with 14 monthly

Competenze

5+ years of experience in after-sales support, preferably in industrial plant engineering companies.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across levels (internal/external).
Goal-oriented with analytical, synthesis and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office and ERP software.
Strong organizational and planning abilities with deadline management.

Mansioni

Receive, analyze, and record Client requests.
Prepare and review technical and commercial offers with other departments and vendors.
Draft and manage Client complaints to closure and reporting.
Enter orders into the ERP system and monitor project progress.
Finalize supply contracts and verify purchase orders.
Prepare and monitor reports on ongoing requests and projects.
Manage project-based procurement and support stock purchases and expediting.
Prepare internal departmental reports (commercial analysis, budgeting, forecasting).
