Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical and product training on Varian radiotherapy products to customers and employees
• Lead classroom and hands-on training sessions ensuring safe operation of equipment
• Develop lesson plans based on engineering documentation and field service requirements
• Create training materials including tips, workbooks, videos, and guides
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Technical Support to reflect current product features
• Support customer inquiries and testing scenarios translating technical knowledge into guidance
• Partner with teams to improve service delivery and customer experience
