Prysmian Group in Milan is seeking a leader to drive the deployment and continuous improvement of the Group Quality CI framework across regions and plants. You will partner with Quality, Operations and Digital teams to align initiatives with business priorities and support digital manufacturing initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in CI, Quality, or Digital Transformation, deep knowledge of 8D, FMEA and Lean/Six Sigma, strong data analytics skills with Excel and QlikSense, and willingness to

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations Excellence, or Digital Transformation environments.
• Strong knowledge of 8D, FMEA, 5 Whys, Pareto Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Experience managing improvement projects with international cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel capabilities and experience using business intelligence tools such as QlikSense.
• Basic programming knowledge (Python, HTML) to support automation and digital solution development.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally up to 50%.

• Deliver training, coaching, and workshops on CI methodologies and quality tools.
