Quince is seeking a Cashmere Lab Testing & Quality Leader to oversee QA/QC for cashmere materials and finished goods. You will establish testing standards, supervise lab operations, and ensure compliance with international standards, while collaborating with suppliers, brands, and third-party labs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Textile Engineering, Material Science, or related fields.
• Proven experience in cashmere or wool fiber testing with strong material analysis knowledge.
• Experience in brand-side QA/QC or third-party testing environments is welcomed.
• Familiarity with testing methods (composition, length, color, oil content for down/feather).
• Strong leadership and ability to supervise multi-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and coordination with suppliers, factories, and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.

Aufgaben

• Lead testing and QA of cashmere raw materials and finished products.
• Set and maintain testing standards for composition, fiber length, fineness, and color.
• Oversee laboratory operations and ensure compliance with GB, ISO, ASTM standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers, brands, and external testing institutions (SGS, BV, TUV, UL).
• Build and manage QA/QC teams, train staff, and implement standardized testing procedures.
• Provide technical reports and data analysis to support procurement, production, and R&D decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing methods and fiber testing technologies.
