The role centers on budgeting, cost management, and performance reporting to meet financial and operational objectives.

The ideal candidate combines financial expertise and a commercial mindset, fostering collaboration with international teams and senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4–7 years in Financial Controlling, Commercial Finance or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted advisor to senior management; provide financial insights.
• Develop and monitor financial metrics; oversee revenue, margins and costs.
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for assigned units.
• Monitor sales performance; identify variances and provide actions.
• Analyze margins to ensure profitability targets are met.
