Job summary

EssilorLuxottica Group is seeking Group Finance Controlling Interns to support and improve controlling models and processes. You will work on planning, KPIs, variance analysis, and monthly business reviews with top managers.

You will participate in reporting (Weekly Sales, P&L close) and help develop performance metrics, acting as a business partner with ad hoc analyses and budget insights. This is an on-site internship based in Lombardy, Italy.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and coordinate the reporting process (Weekly Sales Report, P&L monthly closing).
• Support improvement of controlling systems and business performance metrics.
• Act as a business partner providing ad hoc analyses and reporting.
• Identify risks & opportunities and mitigation plans.
• Ensure regional financial statements are accurate and compliant.
• Contribute to budgeting, cost control and decision materials.
