Job summary

Roche seeks a dynamic Content Creator to join the Communications team. You will craft engaging stories across platforms, overseeing digital content from concepts to final edits. Strong visual storytelling and mastery of social media formats are essential.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in communications or related fields and are fluent in Italian and English. The role offers a 6-month internship with a monthly allowance and opportunities for growth in digital and AI-driven marketing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication/Marketing or a related field.
Strong visual and verbal storytelling abilities in Italian and English.
Ability to write and deliver training materials and communicate business information.
Strong understanding of social media dynamics and best practices for each platform.

Responsibilities

Conceive, develop, and produce a variety of digital content for website and social networks.
Video: ideation, shooting (if required), editing, and post-production for short-form formats.
Infographics: design and creation of clear, informative visuals.
Images & graphics for social media, websites and marketing materials.
Podcast/audio support in production and editing where relevant.
AI involvement in experimental communication projects and digital marketing.
Maintain brand consistency and tone of voice across all content.
Stay updated on trends and new content production tools.
Analyze content performance to optimize future strategies.
