Luxottica, a global leader in design, manufacture, and distribution of eyewear, is seeking a Book To Report Specialist for the Agordo HQ. The role sits in the EMEA Shared Service Center handling accounts payable/receivable, master data and taxes for Italian companies and European subsidiaries.

Based at our Agordo (BL) operations, you will contribute to monthly closures, controls, and Hyperion reporting, collaborating with a diverse finance team to ensure accurate financial statements and timely

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Administration or Business Management with excellent results.
• Fluent English; other EMEA languages are considered a plus.
• At least 6 months experience in Accounting or Auditing within complex organizations.
• Strong Excel skills and quantitative analysis mindset.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Your Role

We are looking for a motivated Book To Report Specialist to join us at our Operations Headquarter in Agordo (BL), where the history of our Company got started.

The Global Business Service is a Shared Service Center network that provides Accounting services to our global subsidiaries.The EMEA Shared Service Center, based in Agordo (BL) is accountable for the following processes: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Master Data, Indirect Taxes andBalance Sheet Assets for both Italian companies and European subsidiaries.

As Book to Report Specialist, you will join the GBS Team and manage activities such as:

• Month end accounting closing activities (accruals, prepayments, inventory, payroll)
• Ensure quality and monthly analysis on financial reports by performing key checks in the account matrix risk such as banks, fixed asset, prepayments, accruals, payroll and taxes accounts
• Timely proceed with Hyperion reporting fulfilling all required monthly, quarterly and yearly’ forms
• Balance sheet accounts reconciliation
• Audit and year end activities
• Assets Management and posting
• Bank accounts reconciliation and posting

Main Requirements:

• You have an Economics, Finance, Administration or Business Management Master's Degree with excellent results
• You have excellent english knowledge.Any other EMEAlanguages are considered a plus (spanish, portoguese, french, german, russian and arabic)
• You have at least 6 monthsexperience in Accounting or Auditingwithin complex organizations
• You are a quantitative analysis lover, a true Excel addict
• You believe that without your team nothing is possible
