Prada seeks a Merchandising Coordinator for the Bags area to support the WW Retail Merchandising Manager, ensuring strong product, stock and performance across markets. You will liaise with HQ and local teams, drive weekly reviews, and support planning, product selection and stock allocation.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s in economics, 2+ years in luxury merchandising, fluent English, and excellent Office skills. The role is full-time, on site in Milano, Italy.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in economics.
• At least 2 years of work experience.
• Strong knowledge of luxury and product.
• Excellent command of English (CEFR C1).
• Strong Excel/Office tools.

Mansioni

• Prepare weekly/monthly business reviews, reporting and performance recaps.
• Monitor sales, stock and product performance, identifying key opportunities, risks and actions.
• Support business planning, strategic presentations and the development of reporting tools.
• Support product selection and management across collections, launches, VM, Marketing, E-commerce, Pop-Ups and Trunk Shows.
• Monitor product performance and consolidate market feedback to identify opportunities for collection development.
• Support seasonal buying, collection debriefs and product documentation.
• Support weekly replenishment and allocation decisions.
• Monitor stock availability and identify imbalances across markets.
• Follow up on stock transfers, new orders and specific business needs.
• Act as a day-to-day HQ contact for local markets on Bags merchandising topics.
• Act as a point of reference for WW E-commerce teams, providing product information, collecting feedback and identifying commercial opportunities through weekly meetings.
• Consolidate market feedback on product performance, client demand and commercial opportunities.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, VM and other HQ functions.
• Prepare meetings, presentations and business reviews, ensuring alignment and follow-up on agreed actions.
