Prada Group in Milano is seeking a Retail Merchandising professional to support the Bags business globally, ensuring effective product, stock and commercial performance across markets. You will act as a key link between HQ and local teams, providing analysis, coordination and follow-up on WW priorities.

Joining our luxury environment, you will work with cross-functional teams to optimize assortments, launches, and market feedback, focusing on operational excellence and collaborative growth.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of work experience in luxury retail or merchandising.
• Solid knowledge of Luxury and Product.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very good knowledge of the English language (CEFR C1).

Mansioni

• Prepare weekly/monthly business reviews, reporting and performance recaps.
• Monitor sales, stock and product performance, identifying key opportunities, risks and actions.
• Support product selection and management across collections, launches, VM, Marketing, E-commerce, Pop-Ups and Trunk Shows.
• Monitor product performance and consolidate market feedback to identify opportunities for collection development.
• Support weekly replenishment and allocation decisions.
