Prada Group, a leader in luxury fashion, seeks a Bags Merchandising Specialist to support the WW Retail Merchandising Manager. Based in Milan, you will link HQ with local markets, drive stock, product performance and commercial results across regions.

The role emphasizes product management, market feedback and cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, VM, and E-commerce teams. Strong economics background and 2+ years’ experience are required.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in economics.
• 2+ years of work experience.
• Solid knowledge of luxury and product.
• Very strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (CEFR C1).

Mansioni

• Prepare weekly/monthly business reviews, reporting and performance recaps.
• Monitor sales, stock and product performance; identify opportunities, risks and actions.
• Support business planning, strategic presentations and the development of reporting tools.
• Support product selection and management across collections, launches, VM, Marketing, E-commerce, Pop-Ups and Trunk Shows.
• Monitor product performance and consolidate market feedback to identify opportunities for collection development.
• Support seasonal buying, collection debriefs and product documentation.
• Stock & Allocation: support weekly replenishment and allocation decisions.
• Local Markets & E-commerce: act as HQ contact for local markets on Bags merchandising topics.
• Act as a reference for WW E-commerce teams, collecting feedback and identifying opportunities through weekly meetings.
• Consolidate market feedback on product performance, client demand and commercial opportunities.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, VM and other HQ functions.
• Prepare meetings, presentations and business reviews, ensuring alignment and follow-up on actions.
