Stellantis is seeking a Quality/Project Leader to drive quality excellence across the product lifecycle, interfacing with engineering teams and suppliers to prioritize issues and safeguard milestones. The role requires a Master’s in Electrical Engineering, 10+ years in quality or project management, and strong English/Italian language skills.

The position sits within Stellantis’ software and infotainment ecosystem, with responsibilities spanning development to launch and obligations to uphold

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in Quality or Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and backlog management tools.
• Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Infotainment, Displays and/or Clusters in an OEM or Tier 1 environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot interactions between on-board and off-board systems.
• Fluent English and Italian (at least B2).

Mansioni

• Define and monitor Software Quality Development indicators across all project phases.
• Proactively detect, escape, and resolve quality risks to protect milestones and customer satisfaction.
• Support engineering teams in achieving quality objectives from development through launch.
• Represent customer voice in project decision-making and risk assessments.
• Lead issue prioritization with engineering teams and use data to focus on critical issues.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions with suppliers and partners.
• Review RFQ packages with a quality-focused approach and ensure alignment with Stellantis quality expectations.
