CEVA Logistics in Bologna is seeking an Air Export Operator to manage international air export shipments, ensuring timely and compliant execution of all operations. The role supports operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

The candidate should have proven experience in logistics, strong knowledge of shipping processes, and excellent organizational and communication skills, with good English proficiency.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a similar role within logistics and transportation companies.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping processes and related documentation.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Manage international air export shipments from planning to execution.
• Prepare and manage documentation (invoices, packing lists, transport docs).
• Monitor shipments and update data in the transport management system.
• Process internal and external invoicing and communicate with customers.
• Prepare operational reports and provide feedback to the manager.
• Coordinate with team to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards and legal requirements.
