RTL AdAlliance in Milano is seeking an Advertiser Manager to support day-to-day management of advertiser accounts, ensuring smooth campaign execution, insightful reporting, and a positive client experience.

You will onboard new advertisers, coordinate internal teams, and help to retain and grow recurring business. This is ideal for someone early in their media or client services career who thrives in a complex international environment.

Competenze

• 2-5 years of experience in media, advertising, or client services.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with media tools a plus.

Mansioni

• New Business Development and revenue pipeline with advertisers across multi-market offerings.
• Develop and grow the direct business with a portfolio of advertisers.
• Support setup and delivery of multi-market media campaigns.
• Liaise with Planning, Ad Ops, and Marketing to meet timelines.
• Monitor campaigns and resolve operational issues.
• Onboard new clients and ensure smooth campaign transitions.
• Maintain regular client communications and gather feedback.
• Prepare materials for advertiser meetings and strategic reviews.
• Deliver campaign reporting and post-campaign insights.
• Contribute to Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with performance data.
• Identify opportunities to renew or expand recurring client business.
