Job summary

Cook Medical is seeking an Administrative Coordinator who provides broad support across compliance, HR administration, legal, and health and safety. The role ensures alignment with Italian regulations and sustainability initiatives, supporting day-to-day operations and acting as a bridge between local operations, management, external advisers, and global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Italian tax, accounting, and employment legislation.
• Experience in HR administration and/or compliance roles within multinational environments.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Italian with an excellent command of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Support HR administration and employment documentation; assist local benefits and payroll processes.
• Assist local governance and compliance frameworks and audits per Italian law.
• Support sustainability initiatives and SDG-aligned projects; monitor ESG developments.
• Manage the company vehicle fleet, including leasing, renewals, and cost control.
