Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in Agordo (BL) is looking for an Account Payable Specialist to join the Global Business Service Center, supporting Italian companies and European subsidiaries. You will conduct month-end closing activities, manage vendor invoices and payments, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and liaise with subsidiaries and external auditors to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.

A strong English background and Excel proficiency are required, with additional EMIA language skills

Qualifications

• Economics, Finance, Administration or Business Management Master's Degree with excellent results.
• Excellent English knowledge; EMEA languages are a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in Accounting or Auditing within complex organizations.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Team-oriented approach and collaboration are essential.

Responsibilities

• Month-end closing activities (accruals, prepayments, inventory, payroll).
• Main contact for communication with subsidiaries.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage balance sheet accounts reconciliation.
• Post and pay vendors invoices.
• Post customer payments and credit memos.
• Prepare customer invoices and statements.
• Assist in audit work for year end with external auditors.
• Assist in executing company policies and compliance procedures.
• Manage bank accounts reconciliation and posting.
