Amplifon, HQ Milan, Italy (Hybrid - 6 days remote per month), seeks a Global Reporting & Consolidation Senior Specialist to lead and improve group financial reporting. You will manage consolidation activities, ensure IFRS compliance, and support senior stakeholders across countries.

The role requires a Master’s in Accounting/Finance, 3+ years in consolidation, and strong English; includes a company bonus and welfare benefits.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 3 years in consolidation or reporting.
• Solid IFRS knowledge with multinational exposure.
• Advanced Excel and consolidation systems experience.
• English proficiency at a professional level.

Mansioni

• Execute and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation activities, ensuring IFRS compliance.
• Analyze submissions, resolve discrepancies with countries, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare consolidation adjustments, intercompany eliminations, and supporting schedules.
• Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements, management reports, and audits.
• Support Acquisition Accounting (Purchase Price Allocation) and related reporting.
• Supervise impairment testing and related analyses.
• Enhance tools/workflows, strengthen controls, and drive data quality.
• Guide and support juniors on accounting and reporting topics.
