Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering.
• 4+ years of experience with microgrids or related electrical systems.
• Experience with grid-connected AC/DC microgrids and related components.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and sales teams from early technical discussions to solution proposals for MG electrical & control systems.
• Develop reference architectures and application notes for AC/DC microgrids using ABB's portfolio.
• Plan and manage microgrid installations and pilots from design to commissioning.
• Support development, testing and validation of applications, including supplier selection.
• Collaborate with R&D, product management and digital teams to translate market needs into new developments.
• Analyze market trends to inform mid- and long-term strategy.
